We are located in modern office premises in the center of Mariehamn, where we are 8 colleagues in our business areas Installation, Construction & Property, Energy & Environment, and Fire & Risk.
In your role as project manager/consultant, you will be responsible for creating new business for our operations in Åland as well as for the company as a whole. Our projects vary in size as do our clients, and your role may therefore vary depending on the nature of the projects. We have a high level of technical competence and often assist our clients with difficult and complex projects.
We ensure skill enhancement through technical and development lunches, we work systematically with experience feedback, and develop internal training as needed. We constantly strive for the business to function in the best way, where good collaboration and supporting each other in our assignments are highly valued. But perhaps most importantly – to ensure that we have fun while we work.
Bengt Dahlgren is the entrepreneur who founded our company in 1952. Today, we are nearly 700 consultants who proudly carry his name and continue the entrepreneurial spirit.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a consultant and/or entrepreneur in a project management role.
You should be confident in the role of project manager/administrator and have expertise in electricity, telecommunications, security, and/or power.
You possess knowledge in AutoCad/MagiCad, Elvis, and experience from technically complex projects such as industry or equivalent. Experience with software like Revit, Wikells, or Bidcon is considered a merit.
You have a strong drive to create new relationships and care about both your own and your colleagues' development.
