At Sokigo, we are looking for a Business Specialist for our delivery team Street Room. In the role, you will work closely with our customers as a natural partner in their journey towards a more efficient and modern operation within traffic and street management. With a strong combination of business expertise and technical understanding, you will play a key role in implementing our products, conducting training, and driving development projects.

In the role of Business Specialist Street Room, you will:

• Implement and configure Sokigo's products within the street room for customers

• Conduct training and guide customers on how to use the systems effectively.

• Support the development team by providing business expertise and insights into customer needs.

• Drive and be responsible for projects, ensuring that deliveries are made according to plan.

• Stay updated on developments in municipal technology, traffic planning, and GIS.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in municipal operations related to the street room, either as a traffic planner, street engineer, operations engineer, or GIS engineer. You have an understanding of how technical solutions can streamline work and are comfortable working at the intersection of business and systems.

Are structured and self-directed – you plan and execute deliveries efficiently, even when multiple projects are running concurrently.

Education: Bachelor's or university degree in traffic planning, GIS, landscape engineering, urban planning, or other relevant education.

Experience: Experience in municipal operations within the street room (for example, as a traffic planner, street engineer, or GIS engineer).

Technical skills: Experience with ArcGIS, GIS, and/or GEOSECMA is highly desirable.

Technical interest: A genuine interest in technology and innovative solutions is a requirement, as well as a strong desire to develop your own technical knowledge and stay updated in the field.

Language: Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Karlskrona, Sundbyberg, Gävle, Gothenburg, or Malmö. Start date by agreement.
