About the Role

In the role of a salesperson at Umåker, you will have an exciting and fun position where you will work with business development, sales, and genuine relationship building. We currently have a stable customer base but see great potential in developing both our offerings and collaborations.

Your mission will be to shape and package our offerings with new ideas and create attractive events to maximize customer value. Our business is not just about horse racing – we also work with events, promotions, and youth activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales to both new and existing customers.
  • Work with our offerings in exposure, networking, fairs, events, and conferences.
  • Plan, book, and conduct customer meetings.
  • Be responsible for linking sales activities and planning to budget and goals.
  • Support the business as needed in other areas.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales, including new customer acquisition, upselling, and customer responsibility.
  • Has good knowledge of Office 365 and is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Has strong planning skills, understands the importance of deadlines, and has a holistic view.
  • Takes responsibility and is driven to shape and develop businesses.
  • Is a natural relationship builder.
  • Is accustomed to linking activities to short- and long-term goals.
  • Is curious and willing to bring new ideas.
