Bilgruppen i Norr is currently represented in Umeå, Kramfors, Örnsköldsvik, Sundsvall, and now also in Skellefteå! In these locations, we conduct car sales, service market, and authorized car service with Kia as the common thread.

About the role

As a sales manager with us, you will be responsible for our sales organization on-site in Skellefteå. You will be part of a team with site and sales managers at other facilities within Bilgruppen i Norr. Together, you will be responsible for the flow of new and used cars throughout the organization as well as collaboration with suppliers and the general agent. The role includes personnel responsibility for a salesperson and a showroom host/detailer.

In addition to the overall responsibility for sales at the facility, your most important task is to sell cars. You will be responsible for the entire deal from initiated customer contact to delivered car. This includes creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, developing and presenting financing solutions in a trustworthy manner, and delivering and following up on sold cars. Additionally, internal management of the used car flow is also included.

The work primarily takes place on-site in our car showroom in Skellefteå. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring that the cars we sell are presented in a competitive manner both online and physically in the store. We always strive for good collaboration and the highest possible customer satisfaction. The role of sales manager with us is fast-paced and involves daily customer contact both physically in the store and also over the phone and via email.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong business drive. If you have experience from previous work as a leader or manager, it is an advantage. You are social and enjoy customer interactions. We see that you have documented work experience as a salesperson, and previous work in car or other vehicle sales is highly meritorious. It is important that you are comfortable working independently and that you easily take your own initiatives. We believe that those who are driven by seeing results in their work will succeed in this role.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A valid B driver's license is a requirement for this role.

The employment is a permanent full-time position where weekend work (every other Saturday) is included, and we apply a 6-month probationary period. Salary according to agreement.
