Your workplace

Regionhälsan is the occupational health service of Region Värmland, supporting managers and employees to achieve a sustainable working life. We are 16 employees contributing specialist expertise in strategic and operational work environment efforts. We work consultatively in close collaboration with our client, Region Värmland. Regionhälsan operates in Värmland with clinics in Arvika, Karlstad, and Torsby.

Your tasks

As a psychologist with us, you will work with:

• Guidance for individuals and groups
• Conflict management and managerial support
• Work ability assessments
• Support conversations and talk therapy focusing on rehabilitation
• Psychosocial work environment issues
• Mapping

Your knowledge and skills

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with experience in individual conversations, training, and group work. You have an interest and experience in working with work-related ill health. The role requires good computer skills and an interest and experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Since travel is part of the job, a B driver's license is required.

We require a genuine interest in people and the ability to work together to promote a good work environment and a sustainable working life for the employees of Region Värmland. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

If you have experience working in occupational health, it is considered a strong merit. It is also advantageous if you have further education in or experience with rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment, as well as experience working with CBT and/or ACT.
