With us, you have the opportunity to start working as a substitute already in the spring, and we offer individual introduction.

We are a total of 28 employees, and the team assists case managers, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants. The team is responsible for the entire customer process from planning in the hospital to the end of the homecoming support period after about three weeks. The purpose is for customers in need of continued care and support to be able to return home after hospitalization. Recovery, training, and rehabilitation will take place in the home environment. The team has a close collaboration with Region Skåne. We are looking for you who want to work during the summer months in the Homecoming Support Team of Kristianstad Municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as care staff means that you get to work with something of the best and most enriching there is - helping to make everyday life meaningful for our customers. A professional approach and a good attitude are a given for us. We constantly work with a customer focus, where we always have the needs and wishes of our customers at the center. You will be offered a varied job with care interventions and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff. You have access to the entire team's knowledge and experience. We work from a rehabilitative perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have a completed care program or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. If you have experience working in care and support and/or experience from the Homecoming Support Team or similar operations, we see it as an advantage.

Since communication and documentation are part of your job responsibilities, you need to have documentation and computer skills and be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing. For the job, you need to have a B driver's license for manual transmission.

You can motivate and inspire and have a professional demeanor towards everyone you meet in your work. OTHER

The activities of the Care Administration are aimed at the elderly and people who need functional support as well as those in need of home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the aids center in Eastern Skåne.
