About the position

In the role of HR Support Administrator, you will provide user support in personnel and system administrative matters such as:

• New and re-employment
• Personal data
• Time reporting
• First-line support in common payroll administrative questions
• Management of sick leave and leaves of absence
• System administration

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has studied labor law, preferably within a personnel administrative education or with equivalent experience. You are used to working in different systems; experience with the SAP system is a plus. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a service-oriented profession. You have a consultative approach and put the person seeking help at the center. There is a willingness and ability to take significant personal responsibility, and you are efficient and solution-focused with good collaboration skills.
