We are now looking for you at Nordström Assistans who has your heart in the right place and wants to enhance a person's life with special assistance.

What does the position entail? We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a lovely young woman who uses a wheelchair. She lives in an apartment in Trelleborg. We are looking for someone with a heart in the right place who wants to be the customer's extended arms and legs. She communicates through small signs, and you as an assistant will accompany her on various activities. We are looking for someone who can work part-time at about 50% and extra as needed.

The tasks include, among other things: Daily routines, activities, heavy lifting, personal hygiene, meals, and dressing and undressing.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 3 PM - 9 AM weekdays
• 9 AM - 9 AM (24-hour shifts) weekends

About you - As a personal assistant, we would like you to be cooperative, attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the customer, which can be decisive in the final selection. Recruitment is ongoing!

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Compensation is paid in the form of hourly wages. Unless otherwise agreed, 12% vacation pay and OB compensation will be added. We follow the collective agreement between Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna.
