We are looking for a Program Manager – Site Strategy Execution for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 8 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Assignment:

The Program Manager plays a key role in driving the execution and implementation of the Site Strategy as part of the broader strategy execution team. This includes defining, maintaining, and conducting an annual review of the Site Strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall site strategy plan is effectively executed across the organization. This involves aligning resources, coordinating initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. The role also includes tracking progress, measuring impact, and reporting results to key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, extensive experience in execution and implementation of strategic programs is essential. You will thrive in an environment where you may need to wear multiple hats, take ownership, and proactively drive your own work. Adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate complexity are key, as you will be expected to take initiative and push strategic priorities forward with confidence and independence.

By actively monitoring performance and fostering collaboration, the Program Manager ensures that both site-level and company-wide strategic goals are successfully achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution and implementation of the Site Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Take ownership of your work by proactively identifying priorities, driving initiatives forward, and ensuring progress without constant oversight.
• Define, maintain, and conduct an annual review of the Site Strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Execute the Site Strategy related to Nearshore and Offshore sites, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with overall strategic objectives.
• Align resources and coordinate initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.
• Track progress, measure impact, and report results to key stakeholders.

Must have:

• Extensive experience in strategy execution and implementation.
• Strong ability to take ownership and proactively drive work forward.
• Experience in working in cross-functional environments, aligning teams and resources.
• Ability to navigate complexity and solve problems independently.
• Proven track record of leading and driving strategic initiatives.
• Availability to frequent travel internationally.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience of setting up outsourcing offices globally.
• Experience from strategy execution in a start-up company.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 8 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% on-site in Gothenburg and travelling is part of the assignment.
