Medical Secretary with a focus as Local System Administrator, LSA sought for Liljeholmen's University Health Center
Welcome to Liljeholmen's University Health Center, with a mission for APC, Academic Primary Care Center, centrally located at Liljeholmstorget with excellent transport links such as subway, buses, and tram.
At Liljeholmen's Health Center, we are about 120 people working, and we are now Sweden's largest Health Center.
Liljeholmen's health center is a region-driven results unit. APC works to strengthen education and research and develop the implementation of students for Region Stockholm's primary care. We work transprofessionally. The medical team consists of specialist doctors in general medicine, gynecology, and pediatrics.
With us, working groups include specialist nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, social workers, administrators, foot care specialists, and physiotherapists. The health center provides care within general practitioner services, weekend services, asthma/COPD clinics, lifestyle clinics, diabetes clinics, psychosocial teams, gynecology clinics, child health clinics, and home care.
The health center has its own secretarial unit with a responsible unit manager who is part of the management group, which provides proximity to the various specialist areas and increased opportunity to influence the secretaries' work. The secretarial group currently consists of six secretaries and two administrators. We now need to strengthen with an additional secretary focused on Local System Administration, LSA, and with tasks within Raindance.
As a medical secretary with us, the main tasks include journal printing, printing of letters and certificates, patient contact registration, and mail handling. Within the secretarial unit, all secretaries and administrators have their own larger side assignments. Tasks as LSA partly include administering account permissions for users, scheduling, managing appointment books, and rolling out schedules. Technical problem-solving is supported by the IT help desk.
It is of great importance to be able to take initiative and responsibility. To prioritize your tasks and be responsive to the needs of the operation. To easily adapt to changes with flexibility regarding different tasks.
Qualifications:
- Trained medical secretary with several years of experience.
- Trained in ICD-10, DRG for Emendor Consulting AB.
- Trained in system administration for Take Care with experience as LSA.
- Experience with Raindance is an advantage.
Employment Type:
Permanent employment, full-time 100%. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.

- register control is applied before a decision on employment according to current guidelines.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
