About the role

As a company economist at Collaboration Art, you will play a central role in the company's finance team. You will be responsible for several financial functions and ensure a solid financial structure within the company. The role includes responsibility for accounting and payroll management for several companies, including ongoing accounting, payments, tax returns, and annual reports, as well as providing support in group accounting.

Location: Central Stockholm

Main responsibilities

● Responsible for ongoing accounting for approximately 7-10 companies

● Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable

● Preparation of VAT and tax returns

● Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and legislation

● Payroll administration

● Monthly and annual financial statements and annual reports according to K3, including support for group financial statements (IFRS)

● Monitoring of financial key figures and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant financial education and at least three years of experience in qualified accounting work, preferably within consulting. You have solid experience working independently with accounting, including financial statements and annual reports. Knowledge of K2 and K3 is a requirement, and experience with IFRS is an advantage.
