Christinaskolan Adapted Primary School

Christinaskolan Adapted Primary School is located in central Piteå and has students from preschool to grade 9, where students study subjects or subject areas. We are expecting more students in the fall and are therefore looking for new staff!

Responsibilities

Your role includes planning and conducting teaching in the class you will be a mentor for. You adapt the teaching to meet each student's needs and continuously follow up on their development. Together with the work team, you are responsible for creating and developing a safe and secure learning environment based on the needs of the students and the group. You want to be involved in driving pedagogical development and use current research that you can apply in your work.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is a licensed special educator with a focus on developmental disabilities or a licensed preschool teacher. You should be knowledgeable, engaged, creative, and see the benefits of collaborating with colleagues to create good conditions for students' development and learning. Experience working in adapted primary schools is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment

100% permanent employment, seasonal employment or vacation service. Start date in the autumn term of 2025 or by agreement.

For employment, a criminal record extract is required.
