Job Responsibilities

As a licensed preschool teacher, your responsibility is to provide a meaningful, challenging, and creative learning environment for the children. Together with your colleagues, you will drive continuous pedagogical development work based on the preschool curriculum with the children at the center. Observation, documentation, reflection, and analysis are important parts of this work.

As a pedagogical leader, you have an important mission to create a safe, stimulating, and democratic learning environment for the children. The work involves significant collaboration with colleagues and parent contacts.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for someone with a degree and license as a preschool teacher. The role requires good pedagogical insights about preschool, and you should be familiar with the preschool's governing documents and systematic quality work. Previous experience in preschool is an advantage.

As a person, you should have a desire to work with children and their development in a responsible and safe manner. For the role, you need good collaboration skills and a willingness to share your knowledge and experiences. We may also be interested in candidates with other pedagogical education and can then offer a fixed-term employment according to the Education Act.
