About the Position

The role of Production and Material Planner is a broad one that involves close dialogue with several contacts both within and outside the company. You will act as the spider in the web regarding everything from operational to strategic production planning, including reporting and calculation of key figures related to both internal and external manufacturing.

The role includes involvement in everything from item registration and updates in the ERP system to material requisition and production planning.

You will be responsible for parts of the operational purchasing for production within selected categories, along with associated processes and tasks such as delivery monitoring, complaint handling, invoice management, etc.

The department is in constant development, and you will be part of our development of processes, system support, and efficiency based on today's daily work and for the future. You will work both independently and in a team with department-specific as well as cross-functional collaborations to ensure the development of processes and routines based on an optimized and efficient flow. The role is part of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team, responsible for tactical planning of lines and associated follow-up and reporting.

About You

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in planning/logistics or similar documented experience. We expect you to have good knowledge of Excel and analytical skills. Previous experience with business systems is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite for handling internal and external contacts.

We see that you have previous experience working with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and process improvement and forecasting management between departments.
