Job Description

As a designer, you will be an important part of the company's continued development. Your responsibilities include designing and collaborating with colleagues on projects, both large and small, and in the future having the opportunity to lead your own projects, from idea to finished product, as well as managing customer and supplier contacts.

Qualifications/Personal Attributes

You are a university/civil engineer or equivalent with a focus on mechanical design. Previous experience in similar tasks is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are creative, driven, and work efficiently and methodically to achieve set goals. You should have good communication skills. To thrive in this role, you should be meticulous, responsible, and structured.

You have good knowledge of MS Office and CAD programs. IBC uses the business system Pyramid and the CAD program Inventor.
