Job Description

Do you want to be part of a high-tech production environment where quality and innovation are in focus? We are now looking for more process operators for our department where we manufacture structural core materials from PVC.

In this role, you will work with quality testing and troubleshooting, where technical control systems are your main tools. Additionally, physical tasks such as forklift driving and improvement work in the manufacturing process are included. Here you will have a varied job in an engaged team with knowledgeable and friendly colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and experience in the process industry. You are curious, a quick learner, and tackle new tasks with drive and commitment. You are meticulous, organized, and flexible. You take responsibility for both your own and the team's results and ensure that tasks are completed. With your positive attitude and good collaborative skills, you thrive in a team environment and contribute to a good work culture. The tasks can be physically demanding, so good physical condition is required. You must not be asthmatic or allergic to plastic components. Before employment, a medical check for allergenic substances will be conducted, as the position requires a valid fitness certificate. We have a smoke-free working time, which means that smoking during working hours is not allowed. The work is scheduled on a 5-shift basis.

Requirements for the Position:

• High school education
• Knowledge of process technology
• Experience with control and reporting systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good IT skills
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience in technical troubleshooting
• Forklift license for order pickers and counterbalance (A2, B1)
