About the Position

The role of Production and Material Planner is a broad one that involves close dialogue with several contacts both within and outside the company. You will be the spider in the web regarding everything from operational to strategic production planning, including reporting and calculation of key figures related to both internal and external manufacturing.

The role includes involvement in everything from item registration and updates in the ERP system to material requisition and production planning.

You will be responsible for parts of the operational purchasing for production within selected categories, along with associated processes and tasks, such as delivery monitoring, claims handling, invoice management, etc.

The department is in constant development, and you will be part of our process, system support, and efficiency development based on the daily work today and for the future. You will work both independently as well as in a group with department-specific and cross-functional collaborations to ensure the development of processes and routines based on an optimized and efficient flow. The role is part of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team with responsibility for tactical planning of lines and associated follow-up and reporting.

About You

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in planning/logistics or similar documented experience. We see that you have good skills in Excel and analytical ability. Previous experience with business systems is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite for managing internal and external contacts.

We see that you have previous experience working with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and process improvement and forecasting management between departments.
