Hälsa Hemma is a new innovative healthcare center that combines home visits with digital meetings. Our motto: Real digiphysical care! We receive daily praise from our patients for our way of working, and now we are looking for you as a nursing assistant who wants to work at perhaps Sweden's most appreciated healthcare center.

We are a healthcare center with home visits and an app – taking full responsibility for all of the patient's needs in primary care.

Care at Hälsa Hemma is provided both through digital visits in our mobile app via text and video, and through home visits. The healthcare center is located on the ground floor in newly renovated premises on Krusegatan, in the building previously known as Sydsvenskans skrapa.

Your work environment is of utmost importance to us. With us, you have a flexible and varied job where you work both in our self-developed digital platform created by those of us working in healthcare, but also with home visits to our patients. In the platform, you can keep in touch with our patients while discussing patient matters securely with your colleagues. The system helps you organize your workday in an enjoyable way and also communicates automatically with other systems, reducing the risk of double documentation.

The following is required for this position:

• You must be a trained nursing assistant.
• You must have a driver's license for a passenger car.
• You must be able to express yourself well in writing in the Swedish language.

As you will be working partially with digital visits, you should feel comfortable with technical tools, even though you will primarily be working with home visits. You are service-minded and curious about new ways of working, while also being outgoing and easy to collaborate with. You will be trained by your colleagues, but the work will be independent as you will often be at patients' homes. We would like you to have good venipuncture skills, as blood sampling is a common task. We are driven by offering the best possible care while having fun together.
