Job Responsibilities As a Service Salesperson, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as follow up to ensure that completed work meets deadlines and quality - from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role includes optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. Job tasks include receiving workshop customers both through customer visits and phone and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work.

  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
  • Ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all levels, from the first contact with the customer to final delivery.
  • Explain different options for actions and present various alternatives based on the customer's needs.

Qualifications for the role:

With your social skills and professional delivery, you build trust and long-term relationships. You are goal and results-oriented, enjoy taking responsibility, and are driven to develop - both individually and together with your team.

We also see that you have:

  • High school education, preferably with a focus on automotive technology or equivalent vocational training
  • A few years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks
  • Good computer and phone skills
  • A valid driver's license (B)
