High up on the top of Romeleåsen in Skåne, just half an hour east of Malmö at one of Skåne's highest points, lies The Lodge – a place where flavors, views, and world-class service go hand in hand.

We are now looking for another head waiter to join our service team at Restaurant Heaven, where we serve business lunches, Afternoon Tea Parties, and a seasonal 4-course menu with local ingredients and flavors that guests remember long after they have left our dining room.

As a head waiter, you are one of our team leaders in service and actively work on the floor to create an extraordinary experience. You lead the team in the dining room every other weekend, inspire and coach the staff, and ensure that we deliver top-class service.

You will work closely with our existing head waiter/floor manager, our chefs, and sommelier, gaining a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge of food and drink. The role also involves responsibility for quality assurance, guest experience, and daily operations together with our new F&B Manager/Creative Head Chef Jesper Sandqvist.

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with a passion for service and guest experiences. You are organized, engaged, and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

We would like you to have: Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably as a head waiter or in another leading service role Good knowledge of food and drink Sommelier training (meritorious) Experience with à la carte, lunch, and event service Familiarity with booking systems and cash handling Communication skills in Swedish and English A driver's license and access to a car (if you do not live within biking distance)
