At KassaCentralen, we work with our own developed systems and products within payment solutions, aiming to simplify the sales process for our customers. Our growth journey continues, and we are looking for a new star for our office in Malmö.
About the position
As a support technician at KassaCentralen, you will primarily work with technical support for our customers and resolve issues that arise remotely, using your computer and phone as your main tools. As a support staff member, you are a key person in our effort to deliver security and high quality to our customers.
Your tasks include;
- External customer support
- Internal support
- Configuration of products and software
- Troubleshooting
- Maintenance and repair of hardware
- Installation of applications, systems, and servers
- Working in CRM systems
Furthermore, the position also involves working at inconvenient hours with on-call duty on a rotating schedule.
Who are you?
The position involves a lot of customer contact, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys handling customers. Being service-minded is essential!
To thrive in this role, you need to be meticulous and structured in your work approach, as the job can sometimes involve a high pace with varying tasks.
You should have;
- Good IT skills
- Networking knowledge
- Technical education
- Experience in similar or equivalent work
