We are now looking for a residential support worker to our team at Nytida Kungsgården. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference. Kungsgården is looking for summer substitutes as well as hourly substitutes. About Kungsgården Kungsgården is a small organization with 6 employees. It is located close to nature with bus connections, and there is a café and a grocery store nearby.

About the role In the role of a residential support worker, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and awake nights.

You will have a group leader or group manager close by who works part of their time in the organization.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in care and nursing or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
