ABOUT THE POSITION At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on a short-term contract of approximately 80% with our client who lives just outside Bollnäs. We will then offer a position as a substitute as needed, and we hope that you will also be available to work during the summer during the absence of regular staff. The working hours are mainly scheduled as day shifts, during weekdays and some weekends. The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 2:30 PM - 2:30 PM shift

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a cheerful girl who loves to laugh. She lives just outside Bollnäs with her family, and the work will be based at home. The client has a strong will and is independent based on her own conditions. She enjoys music, swimming, being outdoors, and everything that involves excitement and activity. As a personal assistant, you will accompany her in daily activities and assist her with everyday tasks. Your main responsibilities will include dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, meal situations, daily activities, communication, and medication.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, and confident in themselves. Furthermore, you are attentive and can give her the time and patience needed when she wants to show or tell something. The pace of work can vary during the workday, and for that reason, you should be flexible and able to handle both slower and faster tempos and be stress-resistant. We view previous experience in the profession positively, but it is not a requirement to apply for the position. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to your own car.
• Not allergic to cats and horses

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with autism.
• Experience with severe disabilities.
• Experience working in a low-arousal manner.

Employment level: Substitute position.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
