Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an important part of our client's operations within the defense and aerospace industry. You will work as a consultant and be responsible for supplier quality with a focus on ensuring products of the highest standard. You will, among other things:

• Coordinate and drive issues related to quality deviations with both internal departments and external suppliers.
• Analyze root causes and develop improvement measures to enhance quality and streamline production processes.
• Work closely with purchasing, design, production, and quality departments to develop control plans and follow up on results.
• Engage in identifying patterns and proactively contribute to long-term quality improvements.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Experience in production, design, quality, or purchasing.
• Strong ability to analyze and identify root causes of quality deviations.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive activities forward.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance according to applicable regulations.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Technical university education (e.g., civil or engineering degree).
• Previous experience in supplier quality, quality tools, and production processes.
• Experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement.
