Job Responsibilities

As an Information Security Officer, you will be a consultant for a client in the defense sector. The assignment involves strengthening and protecting the organization’s information management. You will work both strategically and operationally by:

• Supporting and improving the organization’s information security management system (ISMS).
• Conducting security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities.
• Working with information classification and security architecture to ensure the right level of protection.
• Developing continuity and IT readiness plans.
• Raising security awareness among employees through training and guidelines.
• Participating in audits and follow-ups to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO27001).

The assignment is primarily carried out on-site in Arboga, where you will be part of an environment with high technical complexity and a focus on national security.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• At least five years of experience in information security
• Solid understanding of ISMS and relevant security standards (e.g., ISO27001)
• Experience in risk and vulnerability analyses
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license (B)
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Certification in information security, such as CISSP or CISM
• Experience in crisis and incident management
• Background in the defense or security industry
