Your Role

We are looking for an engaged Information Security Manager who wants to strengthen security in an exciting international environment at Saab. Here, you will face and manage advanced security challenges.

As an Information Security Manager, you play a central role in protecting our operations. You are responsible for identifying and assessing security risks as well as developing and maintaining our security procedures to support our Information Security Management System (ISMS). An important part of your role is to raise awareness of information security throughout the organization, which is crucial for maintaining a strong security culture.

You will also support the work with information classification and security risk management, as well as ensure that we have effective plans for continuity and IT preparedness. Additionally, you will conduct audits and updates of security standards, particularly ISO27001, and manage documentation related to classifications, risk analyses, and IT architecture to ensure we meet our security requirements.

The location for this position is in Arboga.

Your Profile

We are looking for a team player who works towards common goals with high credibility and integrity. In this role, you may come into contact with sensitive information, which places high demands on your security awareness. Therefore, we believe you have several years of experience in IT security, including managing security projects and handling information security systems. Your experience in risk and vulnerability analyses as well as security measures is a significant asset. You speak fluent Swedish and have a Swedish driver's license.

It is advantageous if you have experience in crisis and incident management, and it is a plus if you are certified in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or have experience from the defense industry.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification placement, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
