JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a psychologist, you will be part of the central student health team and work towards our preschool and principal areas. You will be part of a cross-professional team and contribute your expertise and knowledge. As a psychologist, you will work with supervision, consultation, training, and assessment with the aim of providing psychological knowledge to educational activities. In this role, you will focus on health-promoting and preventive work. You will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge as a psychologist from an individual, group, and organizational perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed psychologist.

We prefer that you have previous experience in assessing children and adolescents regarding intellectual disabilities. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with children and adolescents in healthcare or municipal services, as well as experience working with children and families from different nationalities. The position involves working with supervision and consultation, so previous experience in this area is seen as a benefit. You have experience with and knowledge of digital tools, as well as a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.

You are skilled at creating and maintaining good relationships - both internally and externally, and you are good at building extensive and effective networks. You collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions and get along well with people at all levels. You have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others, helping them to develop and feel good. For you, it is important to have an unpretentious approach in your collaboration with others, focusing on benefiting the target group. Furthermore, there are high demands on your ability to plan and organize your work, and you find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities. In your work, you see logic and connections in complex information and have the ability to see long-term solutions.

For the position, you must be able to present a current extract from the police criminal record for work in schools or preschools.
