Your Mission

Your work will primarily involve helping and supporting our clients in their daily lives with everything from personal hygiene, assistance with meals, mobility, shopping, and regular household chores.

Your tasks will also include documenting, creating implementation plans, and responding to safety alarms. The position includes working evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule as well as voluntary split shifts. We have a close collaboration with other home care groups located in the same area, so you should be prepared for the possibility of working throughout the Welfare sector and not just within the Home Care area of Lugnet.

Workplace Description

Home Care Lugnet is based in a group location on Södra Järnvägsgatan in central Söderhamn. There are also 4 other home care groups and the night patrol in the same building.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has previous experience in care and support work. As computers and phones are used as work tools, it is essential that you have good computer and phone skills. The job also requires documentation and communication with various parties, which means you need to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A driving license for a car is a requirement for the position.

It is also important that you are analytical with a good ability to see connections and solve complex issues and problems.
