District Nurse at Sandviken Södra Health Center

Sandviken Södra Health Center is a well-established health center with over 11,300 registered patients. The health center is located at Sandviken Hospital, with another health center in the same building, and has approximately 55 employees. We want our employees to thrive and feel good, as well as be a part of the development of the health center. We work cross-professionally within the health center, for example, with group activities and our primary care acute patients.

We are now looking for a district nurse who wants to become part of our dedicated team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a district nurse with us is characterized by independent work and individualized care with the patient's best interests in focus. There will be good opportunities to influence and develop patient work. In combination with the independent work, you will have close collaboration with your other colleagues at the health center.

As a district nurse with us, you will work with:

• scheduled consultations
• telephone advice
• digital care meetings in the Min vård Gävleborg application
• primary care acute patients.

Working hours at the health center are weekdays and daytime. Our mission also includes staffing the family doctor emergency service in Gävle and being on-call from home.

QUALIFICATIONS

The role of district nurse with us places high demands on your ability to collaborate and be attentive and communicative in meetings with other people. You have a good ability to plan and structure your work effectively and can empathize with someone else's perspective and situation without taking over their feelings. We also see that you are a person who is open to and interested in change and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances, as well as appreciate a varied work environment.

In the role of district nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse with further training as a district nurse.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care.
