Delsbo Your Health Center is one of three health centers in the primary care area of Hudiksvall, serving approximately 6,300 registered patients. We are a team with broad expertise where the sense of teamwork is strong and the work environment is good. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We provide standard primary care with doctor/district nurse consultations, nurse-led clinics for blood pressure, diabetes, and asthma/COPD, child health care, psychosocial team, and rehabilitation unit.

As a nurse with us, you will primarily work with:

• telephone advice.

The work may also eventually include specialist nurse consultations.

We prefer that you are flexible, innovative, responsible, and solution-oriented with good collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

In the role of nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have previous experience working in primary care and advising.
