Care Assistant at Forsgården

Your Mission

Your main tasks will consist of providing care by assisting the user with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and social activities.

You will document and create implementation plans and work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that the user receives their approved services. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule.

Workplace Description

Forsgården is a care and nursing home with 30 dementia care places distributed across three departments.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and has a genuine interest in working with people, focusing on the user. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with elderly care. Experience in dementia care is also a merit. The job requires documentation and communication, so you must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Some computer skills are also desirable.
