Registered Nurse in Anesthesia USÖ, Karlskoga, and Lindesberg

Job Responsibilities

As a registered nurse with us, you will work in a team with anesthesia and surgical staff. You are an important person in the work surrounding the patient in consultation with the anesthetic nurse and anesthesiologist. You assist in induction and awakening and participate in the preparation of medications and other equipment needed for anesthesia.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the intention of applying for specialist training in anesthetic care within a year or as soon as possible.

At least 2 years of experience as a nurse, you should have worked a couple of years as a nurse and built up experience. We place great importance on your personal competence and personal qualities, which for us means that you:

• are responsible and structured and have the ability to prioritize.
• approach patients, relatives, colleagues, and students with care and respect.
• enjoy working in a team in a varied pace and can adapt and be flexible as the operations may vary quickly.
• are flexible and resilient. You have experience working under pressure.
• have a patient focus, you show empathy and have patient safety and quality in focus.

About the Position:

Permanent, full-time. Individual schedule planning. Evening and weekend shifts may be included. Distribution of registered nurses occurs regionally.
