The clinic also includes outpatient services, dialysis, a physiological department, a rehabilitation unit, and a writing office. Nurse night medicine department 1 and 2, Karlskoga Hospital

Job Responsibilities

In the medicine department 1 and 2, you will meet patients with various diagnoses and conditions, and you will gain a broad professional competence with us. This leads to you developing into a confident and experienced nurse. We offer you both stimulation and development in your work as a nurse in medicine, and we work to improve the quality of care and patient safety. You will work in a team with two nursing assistants and be responsible for a group of patients.

We also focus on the development and improvement of our work environment and offer an individualized introduction. We have regular follow-up conversations during the first year and also the opportunity for mentorship. We have pharmaceutical support that prepares medications for discharge and completes antibiotics in the morning, and we are looking to further develop that function. We have a clinical quality nurse as support and a discharge coordinator who works with discharges.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as flexibility and teamwork. We see that you have a drive and the ability to take responsibility and initiative.

About the position:

We offer you a permanent position, full-time, night. We are also open to listening to your wishes regarding working hours.
