Do you want to be part of our development journey at Lindesberg Health Center? An exciting development is currently underway to create interdisciplinary teams aimed at returning to the core mission of primary care, improving continuity and relationships with our patients.
Right next to the train station, you will find Lindesberg Health Center in new, bright, and fresh premises. We offer an educational and varied job with telephone advice, triage, acute care, planned outpatient visits, and team rounds. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and can choose to educate and deepen your knowledge in various areas such as diabetes, asthma, and wound care. We have gathered all primary care professions under one roof, which promotes teamwork and stimulates knowledge exchange.
With us, you will work daytime Monday to Friday with the possibility to influence your own schedule. Our operations run from 07-17 on weekdays, and we are about 70 employees who together take care of approximately 13,000 registered patients.
We are now looking for two district nurses/nurses who want to share their workday with us!

Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include independent work with your own clinic for outpatient patients, advice, administration of medications, etc. We have good collegial support from each other in the workgroup and work to maintain close cooperation with other professions at the health center.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a trained district nurse or licensed nurse. Additional training in asthma/COPD and diabetes is an advantage.
You feel secure in your professional role, take responsibility for your own and the organization's tasks, and can independently prioritize based on the needs of the organization. You find it easy to create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. You work from a solution-oriented approach and contribute to the development of the organization in your daily work.
