Welcome to apply for a psychologist position with us at the General Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Örebro! We have an experienced and driven group of psychologists with a breadth of different therapeutic orientations and competencies.

In addition to several psychologist colleagues, the clinic employs psychotherapists, doctors, occupational therapists, social workers, nurses, administrators, and a rehabilitation coordinator. In total, we are about 35 employees who are engaged in our work but also as colleagues, and we want everyone to enjoy coming to work. We support each other in the daily work around our patients to ensure the best possible care and treatment planning. Treatment interventions are conducted both individually and in groups. Continuous development of methods, processes, and working methods has a natural place in the organization, as does supervision of students and new colleagues. We collaborate with primary care, habilitation, user organizations, municipal social psychiatry, and other care neighbors.

Our premises are located at the University Hospital in Örebro, close to the bus and train station and Örebro's beautiful city park.

Job Responsibilities

As a psychologist at our clinic, you will primarily work with assessments, investigations of NPF, and treatment. Treatment work is carried out both individually and in groups. The treatment is based on scientific evidence and proven experience and is largely derived from the national care and intervention program (VIP).

You will participate in treatment conferences together with other professional competencies to contribute from your expertise and highlight current patient cases. You may also have the opportunity to be part of a referral group and participate in various development projects at the clinic. You will also work as a consulting psychologist directed to one of our health centers in Örebro. Thus, we offer you a varied and independent job with a high degree of participation and responsibility. This is in a clinic with a good atmosphere and a well-integrated group of psychologists.

Qualifications

Licensed psychologist. Experience from general psychiatric or psychiatric specialist care is an advantage. Experience working as a consulting psychologist at a health center is also an advantage. As a person, you are flexible, self-driven, secure, and stable, and you deliver quality over time. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
