Folkuniversitetet offers day and evening courses as well as lectures in areas such as languages, economics, communication, writing, and aesthetic subjects. Our courses are primarily aimed at individuals but also associations and companies.

About the assignment
We are looking for course leaders in photography and related subjects such as image processing, mobile photography, lighting, visual communication, or digital tools for image creation. You may be a photographer, designer, digital creator, or educator with a strong interest in inspiring others to develop their creativity and technical understanding.

Our courses are mainly conducted in the evenings, but daytime and weekend courses may also be relevant in our facilities located in Varberg.
You will independently plan and conduct your courses and follow up and register attendance.

Your competence and background
You have a strong interest and expertise in the subject area and find joy in teaching others. Previous experience in teaching adults is an advantage. Since the instruction is conducted in Swedish, you should be able to express yourself well in Swedish.

As a course leader at Folkuniversitetet, you are expected to have the ability to tailor the teaching to individuals and bring out each individual's potential. It is important that you enjoy conveying knowledge and see the positive in course participants' development.

You are flexible, attentive, and structured, and have experience working independently. We also expect that you share our view on the equal value of all people and their right to knowledge.

Employment form
The employment is a project-based position (employment per course) with compensation per study hour. Planning is done in close collaboration with responsible staff at Folkuniversitetet.
