About the Role

We are in an exciting expansion phase where we are building new assets in the subway, tram, and bus systems. As Group Manager for Control Systems, you will lead 11 employees consisting of system engineers, systems specialists, and system administrators who work to ensure reliable and efficient SCADA systems.

In your role, you will have the opportunity to influence and drive change within the section and contribute to developing a more proactive and controlled work process. You will work closely with the IT and investment project departments. You will be part of the section's management team and report directly to the section manager.

Some examples of tasks:

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 11 employees and consultants.
• Ensure deliveries, goal fulfillment, and effective budget management.
• Drive strategic and tactical development work to strengthen our operations.
• Be responsible for work environment, agile working methods, and processes.
• Build strong relationships internally (with e.g. IT) and externally (with the Administration for the Expanded Subway, FUT) to create successful and effective collaborations.
• Lead change and develop the group's competence in system administration and system development.

To Thrive and Succeed in the Role, You Need:

To succeed in the role, we see that you are a relationship-building and results-oriented leader with the ability to drive change and engage your team. You are communicative, attentive, and have a strategic ability to see the big picture.

Requirements:

• At least two years of managerial experience with personnel, financial, and planning responsibilities.
• Experience in system administration and system development.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Experience in strategic and tactical work.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is Meritorious if You Have:

• Higher education in IT or similar.
• Experience with SCADA systems and operational monitoring.
• Experience in change management and development work.
• Experience in resource and/or project planning.
