About the Job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded sales associate with a strong work ethic, who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Eskilstuna. The position is a permanent employment of 3 hours/week, with an initial 6-month probation period. The position is expected to be filled as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

sales and customer service
restocking
ensuring the store is clean and inviting
cash register work and participation in opening/closing

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working sales associate who:

is service-oriented with a positive attitude
is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
is willing to learn Deichmann Shoe's concept
is prepared for hard physical work as heavy lifting may occur

We see many pathways into Deichmann; your attitude and engagement are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience in service jobs, e.g., restaurant/store, or have worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast pace, or you may be seeking your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right attitude. If you are someone who enjoys working with people and wants to give that little extra to the customer, this job could be for you. As a person, you are willing to take responsibility and thrive on challenges. We also appreciate if you are open to working in nearby stores and have the ability to work extra hours when needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you should speak and write fluent Swedish.
