We are currently looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team this summer and who want to work as a personal assistant in Örnsköldsvik and surrounding areas!

What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. There, you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help make someone else's daily life work.

We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to a person being able to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world, in our opinion.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be just the assistant we are looking for.

Since some workplaces are located outside of Örnsköldsvik, you may need a driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work.

Some of our clients have pets or participate in activities with animals and swimming. As an assistant, you will be present in these situations. It is important that you can accompany the client in these situations.

We prefer that you are smoke-free during your working hours.

We hope that you can start working as a substitute with the client already in the spring. This is so that you and the client can feel secure working together before summer.

We hope that you:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• can understand and speak good Swedish.
• can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our services also require that you can work nights.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment form: Need-based employment and summer substitute

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: Ongoing during spring 2025 for summer jobs in July and August 2025

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required under the Aliens Ordinance.
