JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We have a new partially changed organization within IFO since the beginning of the year, aimed at creating close and engaged leadership. Our goal is to work more on work environment and health factors, develop processes within our work, and prepare for upcoming new legislation. Together, we will create good conditions to meet future challenges and needs.

In our adult reception and economic unit, 11 employees work divided into two groups: the economic group and the adult reception group. We are now looking for a social worker for the adult reception group as one of our employees is moving on to a new assignment. Your main tasks will be to receive new applications for financial assistance and reports/applications regarding dependency, domestic violence, and social psychiatry. You will handle new visits for financial assistance and make updates with preliminary assessments in the mentioned case types.

The position includes on-call duty after office hours according to a schedule. We apply flexible working hours and there may be opportunities for remote work. We also offer wellness benefits and the possibility to exchange vacation day supplements for extra paid leave.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. Experience in financial assistance and reception work or other areas within social services is an advantage. You should have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. We will place great importance on your personal suitability and your personal qualities such as flexibility, collaboration, and initiative. A B driver's license is required.
