We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant.

The current need is for hourly substitutes who can work during the absence and leave of regular staff as well as before the summer of 2025. 

Job Responsibilities:

You will work variably and actively based on the customer's needs, diagnosis, and fixed routines, assisting in the home with daily chores such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, training, and accompanying the customer to their daily activities, swimming, and other events. 

Your work is characterized by responsibility in meetings and interactions with other people, so we will place great importance on your personality and the chemistry between you and the customer.

Working Hours:

The working hours are varied, and you should be able to work both day, evening, and also awake night shifts during weekdays and weekends. 

You should master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Experience:

We prefer that you have previously worked in care and support, personal assistance, or as a nursing assistant.

Experience in psychiatry is an advantage.

Delegation is required for the assignment.

You will receive an introduction with the customer to ensure safety and interaction between each other.
