The LSS accommodation is located in Sollefteå, situated in a pleasant environment close to both nature and the city center. We are now looking for an engaged employee for our operations, are you the one we are looking for?

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks consist of providing residents with the opportunity to live an individual life in community. With a pedagogical approach, you will focus on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life.

An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Together with your colleagues, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching.

The LSS accommodation is for adults, where you will have the opportunity to enter a safe environment and continue our systematic improvement work, with responsibilities including implementation plans and documentation.

The work suits you if you can work days, evenings, weekends, and on-call. Shifts at other workplaces may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in pedagogy, development, and communication. You have probably worked with individuals within LSS. It is an advantage if you are a trained support assistant or have other relevant education/work experience that we find equivalent.

Regardless of your background, you are driven by being a contributing factor to the development of those around you. You are often described as a reliable person who is both respectful and empathetic. You are attentive, clear, and appreciate good collaboration. You are organized and can easily prioritize tasks.

Communication with residents, relatives, and colleagues is a significant part of the assignment, so it is essential that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
