ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a personal assistant during the day for our client in Örnsköldsvik.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:45 AM - 03:15 PM on weekdays during the client's stay at the daily activity (as needed)
• During the summer, there is an opportunity to work evening shifts between 03:00 PM - 08:00 PM.
• By agreement, there is also the possibility to work afternoons/evenings when the client has various activities, which can thus generate fixed shifts in the schedule.

On holidays or weekends, work is done by agreement based on the client's activities, as assistants do not work in the client's home.

Start date is by agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman in her 21s with autism and intellectual disabilities. She uses communication aids to communicate more easily but can express herself verbally. She appreciates patience and being attentive to her needs.

The tasks consist of being with the client at daily activities from Monday to Friday. Furthermore, the client enjoys swimming, swinging, walking, and going on small outings when the opportunity arises.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be calm and secure as a person. We would like you to have previous experience working in a low-arousal manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to tolerate chlorine/swimming skills
• Experience in care or experience deemed equivalent by the employer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Care education or experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Access to a car
• Experience working in a low-arousal manner

Employment Rate: Temporary position.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
