We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work together with a young man in his 20s as a personal assistant in Junsele and surrounding areas!

What does the job of a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function.

Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have a good sense of humor, enjoy being active, and have the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of gender, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for. It is desirable that you have an interest in motors and are between 18-30 years old.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, weekend, and night.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional Information

Employment type: On-demand employment

Scope: Hourly employment with a chance for temporary employment

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required by the Aliens Ordinance.
