We are looking for an experienced senior Pega requirements analyst for a project where you will help manage the increasing workload within our team. You will play a central role in ensuring effective requirements management, process mapping, and supporting development work to achieve continuity and quality in deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for requirements analysis and define requirements for systems and processes within digitization and case management.
• Map and analyze workflows and processes to optimize working methods and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Contribute to smooth and efficient deliveries by working according to established methods, such as SAFe or Scrum.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in requirements management in organizations with more than 100 employees.
• Experience in requirements management in distributed systems.
• At least 3 years of work experience in digitization and implementation of support systems for case management.
• Previous experience working in projects following SAFe or Scrum.
• Degree in computer science.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience working at a Swedish authority for at least one year.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst (BA).
• Familiarity with collaborating closely with solution architects to ensure technical and functional solutions.

Location: Gävle (possibility for remote work). Start date: By agreement. Assignment length: Long-term, with the possibility of extension.
