JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a registered nurse who wants to work in the support function area. You will be welcomed to a pleasant workplace, with a stable team and experienced colleagues. Both the unit manager and colleagues care about creating a good work environment and having fun at work!

We work with patients who have a congenital or acquired disability and who live in housing with special services (BmSS). Many of them also have daily activities in day services. You will be part of a cross-professional team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, which provides a broad competence and opportunities for joint efforts when needed. Your tasks include assessing, planning, and structuring work for individual patients and their relatives based on a person-centered approach. You will follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. As a nurse, you will work independently and have patient responsibility, but there are always colleagues to consult when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Experience in the profession is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates. Since we work in a large geographical area, a B driver's license is a requirement.

The role of the nurse requires that you can independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. The meeting with the individual and their relatives is an important part of the work, therefore we consider it important that you are attentive and provide a good response. In order to provide the best possible care, you also need to have good collaboration skills, as we are several working in teams around the patients. Furthermore, you take on your tasks responsibly and can independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks.
