The Care and Welfare Administration, with approximately 1500 employees, is one of the administrations in the city of Mölndal and encompasses elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health care.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
All tasks related to occupational therapy. As an occupational therapist, you will be part of the team around the patient and meet and coordinate the patient's overall needs for occupational therapy. We are at a stage where we are building team collaboration, which means you will be involved in developing the operations, requiring you to be interested in thinking innovatively and being flexible.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. Experience working with the target group and municipal health care is an advantage.
As a person, you are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts. You have the ability to create good relationships and build networks with people who are important for your professional role. You are independent and act on your own based on what the situation requires without needing support from others. You have the ability to make independent decisions within the framework of your assignment. In your work, you set clear goals and plan activities and projects in good time. You use your time effectively and work systematically, organized, and methodically, ensuring that the work is completed and following up on the results. Furthermore, it is important that you see opportunities for change and create situations where new ideas and proposals can develop. You drive long-term and sustainable change efforts.
You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. A B driver's license for manual transmission is required for the position.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
