WHAT

We are now looking for summer substitutes for the Laboratory and Blood Center at Unilabs in Lidköping. This is a job that suits you who thrive in a social and fast-paced environment. If you are looking for a rewarding job where you gain extensive experience in a lab environment while also handling patients, this is the right role for you! At the Blood Center, you will meet many of our blood donors and gain experience in sampling. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

WHO

We are also looking for someone who:

• is a licensed Biomedical Analyst/Nurse/Care Assistant or is in training and wants to try working in a laboratory environment
• if you are a medical student, you are welcome to work at Blood Collection
• is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to understand and be understood in patient and customer contact
• has the opportunity to work most of the summer, from June to August (weeks 22-33)

Experience in sampling is an advantage.

The position is located at Lidköping Hospital, where we currently have 7 employees working on a 24/7 schedule and are part of Laboratory Medicine Unilabs Västra Götaland, which has around 150 employees in total. The professional categories within Unilabs Västra Götaland include biomedical analysts, biologists, care assistants, nurses, chemists, and doctors.
