About the job

The role of APL Coordinator primarily involves acquiring APL, internship placements for students, and preparing students for working life. You have the opportunity to be involved in and influence the development of our educational activities. The training is conducted in collaboration with, and aims to provide the industry and local businesses with new skills. You will be highly involved in ensuring that our students gain practical experience in their professional field. You will also arrange program councils and be responsible for the school's internationalization projects.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with sales experience and good industry contacts; it is advantageous if you have a large network within IT and tech and an understanding of the industry. You are proactive and relationship-building and find it easy to both build and maintain long-term relationships. We would like you to have experience working in high school previously.

• can collaborate with unions and industry organizations
• is fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
• is self-driven
• can communicate in English fluently

A driver's license and car are preferred as the job involves visiting both students and companies in the Malmö area.

Furthermore, you find it easy to build trust with students and are used to having parent contacts. You value close collaboration with colleagues and are receptive to others' knowledge and strive to always develop in your professional role.
