Pershagenskolan is a F-9 school with approximately 450 students. The school is located in a picturesque environment close to forests, the sea, and nature reserves. You can easily reach the school by car, bus, or commuter train. At Pershagenskolan, in addition to several certified teachers and preschool teachers, there are also special educators, school nurses, career counselors, social workers, and school leaders. We actively work with collegial learning to develop our staff and our school. Currently, we have a development teacher from the Resource Center linked to our development work for our after-school activities for one year. This is a very rewarding collegial effort taking place in our after-school team. A safe school environment throughout the students' entire school day, including lessons, breaks, and after-school activities, is important to us. A full-time position includes school collaboration as well as break activities.

Your responsibilities

We now want to strengthen our after-school team with an additional primary school teacher for after-school care and are looking for a skilled and well-educated primary school teacher in this area. We seek someone with great commitment and experience in enhancing the quality of after-school care in accordance with LGR22. The teaching in after-school care should stimulate our students' development and learning while offering them a meaningful leisure time. Our teaching should build on our students' interests, but they should also be challenged and inspired to dare to try and learn new things. The position also includes school collaboration and break activities.

Who are you?

Personal qualities:
- You are professional in your role, engaged, take responsibility, and contribute your own ideas to our development work
- You collaborate with your colleagues, are positive, and solution-focused
- You have experience working with language development in after-school care
- You easily create good relationships and collaborate with students, guardians, the work team, the school's health team, and school management

Requirements
- Certified primary school teacher for after-school care
- Well acquainted with the governing documents of after-school care
- Experience in planning after-school activities
- You have a good ability to communicate and express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Good computer skills

Meritorious:
- Education in NPF and other functional variations
- Leading and managing break activities
- Education in low-arousal approaches
